BudaPart is a brand new neighbourhood with residential buildings, office buildings and services. A total of 600,000 square metres will be built and for the first part of the project, we have delivered two pcs. DN500 tilting disc check valves and six pcs. DN500 dismantling joints.
BudaPart is one of the largest real estate development projects in the Hungarian capital being built as a brand new neighbourhood with residential buildings, office buildings, services and a relaxation area at the Kopaszi Dam, a popular recreational park of the southern part of Budapest.
The Danish design office ADEPT has created the concept of the project that represents a contemporary urban approach. It is based on the creation of a natural and comfortable living and working environment that will have a positive effect not only on the immediate neighbourhood but on the entire capital.
The location of BudaPart is quite unique; it is located in one of the most popular districts in Budapest, close to the city centre and with a three kilometre waterfront along the Danube. Along the roads of the modernised area, office buildings will surround the future residential buildings. The quarter offers outstanding facilities for the markets of both housing and offices and among residential areas, the district is one of the most preferred in Budapest.
An area of this size has a huge rainwater drain system. The rainwater collected from the area reaches a distribution shaft via a DN1200 GRP pipeline from where it is transferred to the Danube, divided into six pcs. DN500 pressured pipelines.
