Password protection

Some pages of www.avkvalves.eu and affiliated sites may be password protected. AVK International A/S reserves the right to deny registration to any user. AVK International A/S particularly reserves the right to determine certain websites, which were previously freely accessible, subject to registration. AVK International A/S is entitled, at any time and without obligation to give reasons to deny the user the right to access the password protected area, by blocking its user data (as defined below), e.g. (but not to be seen as an exhaustive listing), if the user:

  • uses false data for the purpose of registration;
  • violates any applicable laws in the access to or use of the AVK International A/S website; or

Registration

The user shall notify AVK International A/S thereof without undue delay in writing, or, as the case may be, by e-mail. 

The user may at any time request termination of its registration in writing, provided that the deletion will not violate the proper performance of contractual relationships. In such event AVK International A/S will remove all user data and other stored personally identifiable data of the user as soon as these data are no longer needed.

Updates

AVK International A/S reserves the unilateral right to update, modify, change and alter its Legal Notice and Disclaimer and Privacy Policy at any time. All such updates, modifications, changes and alterations are binding on all users and browsers of this website and will be posted here.

This Disclaimer & Legal Notice shall be governed by Danish Law without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or in relation to this Legal Notice and Disclaimer and Privacy Policy, which cannot be solved amicably, shall be decided by the Danish Courts.
