Competition is keen in our line of business, so it is important that we continuously optimise our products and processes to be able to offer high-quality solutions that match our customers’ needs. This requires close cooperation throughout the entire organisation and that our employees develop personally and professionally on an ongoing basis.

We take responsibility

Our quality products and solutions help customers secure clean drinking water, minimum water waste and efficient handling of wastewater, and our mission therefore goes hand in hand with the UN sustainable development goal 6 “to ensure availability and sustainable management of water and sanitation for all”.  

We are committed to offer our employees well-organised working conditions and a stable workplace, and as an international company, we take our social responsibility seriously and educate and train young people to secure a competent and qualified future workforce. Therefore, we always have apprentices and trainees among our employees.  

More than just a workplace 

Many of our employees have been with us for many years – we have more than 65 employees who have celebrated their 25-year work anniversary – and they join us in carrying on proud traditions for cooperation, fine craftmanship and high quality in our products. To us, this indicates that AVK is more than just a workplace. We have several social clubs offering different kinds of events like Halloween, visits to the cinema, AVK championships in darts and golf as well as an annual relay race, a late-summer party, and a Christmas party.
