Flanged gate valve EN 558-2 S.14/DIN F4 in duplex steel, with ISO top flange. Suitable for wastewater, cooling water, seawater and other non-hazardous liquids in corrosive environments to max 70°C.
AVK gate valves of duplex steel are suitable for use in harsh environments and for corrosive mediums, and are designed with built-in corrosion resistance in every detail. The wedge is fully vulcanized with AVK’s own oil and gas resistant NBR rubber compound. It features an outstanding durability due to the ability of the rubber to regain its original shape, the double bonding vulcanization process and the sturdy wedge design.

Features
- Body, bonnet and ISO top flange of duplex steel 1.4470 suitable for use in harsh environments and for corrosive mediums
- Fixed, integral wedge nut prevents vibration and ensures durability
- Triple stem sealing with NBR wiper ring, polyamide bearing with 2 NBR O-rings, and an NBR stem O-ring
- Wedge fully vulcanized with NBR rubber
- Guide rails fitted with wedge shoes to keep low torques
- Stem of duplex steel, EN 1.4462 with rolled threads for high strength
- Round NBR bonnet gasket fixed in a recess
- Countersunk and sealed bonnet bolts of duplex steel D6-70 encircled by the bonnet gasket
- Full bore
- ISO top flange according to EN ISO 5210 mounted with bolts of duplex steel D6-70 sealed with hot melt.
