POM service connection valve with Pentomech™ tensile resistant couplings. For drinking water and neutral liquids to max. 20°C. Note: The maximum working temperature is set according to the ISO9080 lifetime requirements for PE pipes, and is therefore not the max. temperature for the valve.
The POM service connection valves are fitted with Pentomech™ couplings that offer easy, fast and secure installation. The coupling is designed with an external compression nut, which pre-compresses the conical gasket and tensile grip ring, offering tightness and tensile resistance even at low pressure and on oval pipes and uneven pipe surfaces. Like all AVK service connection valves they are designed with a wedge of low-lead brass vulcanised with drinking water approved EPDM rubber.
