AVK announces plan to build new factory in Russia

AVK valves are well known all over the world for their high quality and reliability. So far, all AVK products for the Russian marked have been supplied from Europe but that will now change with the construction of the company's first factory in Russia. 07-07-2021

The new production facilities will produce shut-off valves for water, wastewater, gas and fire protection applications. It will be located in Esipovo industrial park in the Moscow region, which has all the necessary infrastructure. The total area of the new facilities will be 15.000 square meters, and the estimated total investment is more than one billion roubles. The project has already started, and the contruction works will be devided into two stages  first production facilities and office premises with a total area of 9,000 square meters, then warehouse and additional production facilities with a total area of 6,000 square meters.

To confirm the plan of the new AVK factory to be established in the Moscow region, a memorandum of understanding has been signed by Governor of Moscow Oblast, Mr. Andrey Yurievitch Vorobiev and Managing Director of AVK International, Mr. Morten Sæderup Nielsen at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2021) on 3 June 2021.
